Citizenship by Investment and second passport programs have existed for many years, but few programs have been as successful as these two: Dominica Economic Citizenship Program and the St. Kitts Citizenship-by-Investment Program. No other current jurisdiction offers nationality or 2nd passports without residency requirements.
Dual citizenship and the second passport are considered for many reasons. Some use it as a means to expand investment opportunities, while others use economic citizenship as a shield from social, political, economic and financial instability. Whatever the reason, our two recommended non-resident programs prove to be consistently beneficial and advantageous to holders.
The programs of St. Kitts and Nevis and Dominica offer citizenship for life, without restrictions and provide the full benefits as bestowed to all natural citizens. They have voting rights, can bear a passport and have equal rights under law. More favorably, there are no residency requirements nor do applicants have to give up nationality or residence to acquire second citizenship.
The governments of these countries established these 2nd passport programs specifically to stimulate the economy of the islands, and as such, both programs require a significant cash investment.
Both programs accept applications for individuals and families. The number of family members on the application, and the ages of the members determine the overall cost of the program. We recommend a reputable citizenship agent company, CCP Inc. to process applications for the Dominica Citizenship Program and St. Kitts Citizenship-by-Investment — they are the leading agent in the islands and offer reliable and inexpensive services.
Under the Dominica Economic Citizenship program, there are two main options; the Single Option and the Family Option. The revenue generated under the program is invested in specific government approved projects in areas of education, sports, health and other key sectors.
The application process can run approximately2-3months as it is conducted at the highest level of administration, requiring background checks and due diligence checks. These measures are in place to protect the integrity of both the island and the citizenship program itself. It is a thorough process where the main applicant is required to personally visit Dominica for a comprehensive interview, though arrangements can be made to have the interview (at the applicants cost) in New York or London.
Upon approval Certificates of Naturalization and Dominica citizenship is granted immediately and we make the application for your Dominica passport immediately.
St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship
In St. Kitts and Nevis there are also two main options; the first being the Sugar Investment Diversification Fund (SIDF) option and the Real Estate Investment option. Both of these programs are open to individuals or families.
Under the SIDF option, the main applicant simply makes a non-refundable financial contribution (set according to the number of applicants) and automatically receives St Kitts and Nevis citizenship.
The second option is more of a long-term investment option whereby applicants purchase real estate in Saint Kitts or Nevis in exchange for second citizenship. The final government cost is also based on application details. There is no interview or visitation requirement this program, but if you choose the real estate option, we do recommend you visit the islands to hand pick your property of choice, since there are many real estate projects available on the beautiful islands.

You may freely open bank accounts in other jurisdictions without coming under suspicion, or scrutiny. Your assets can be shielded from unwanted probes, investigations and litigations.
For Hassle Free Travel
Citizens from some countries come under greater scrutiny and are discriminated against during travel, and are hassled when travelling. Some countries monitor, control and limit the movement of their citizens. To avoid this they use their alternate passport.
To Increase Personal Security
We are at the height of terrorist activities worldwide, and citizens from some nations are under greater threat of being kidnapped or targeted based solely on nationality. Americans, Canadians, Europeans and persons from high profile countries can reduce visibility and threats and travel safely by using their second citizenship.
